TVO Mission Statement
Tennessee Valley Outreach (TVO) exists to provide safe, clean, temporary living quarters, wholesome food and spiritual refreshment for men and women in a four county area, who are displaced and mentally or economically disadvantaged, as long as they are capable of taking care of their daily needs and abiding by a Code of Conduct.
TVO Vision Statement
To serve as a preparation tool for people wanting to re-enter society. This will be accomplished by offering a supportive environment that encourages independence, spiritual growth, personal discipline and responsibility.
